Waxed Rehair “Tying Off” Thread. An extremely strong thread of precise diameter. The waterproof wax coating creates a light cushion between the hair, helping to prevent the thread from cutting into the hand or weakening the hairs at the tying off points.

Description

The wax also prevents knots from slipping back when being tied (A common problem with normal thread after tying off). The knot can then be permanently fused together by passing over a spirit flame of touching with a hot soldering iron. 350mm reel. Made in the UK by Sowden.
