A gigging musician playing any acoustic instrument will know the difficulties in reproducing the sonic qualities at a cafe or pub gig, that sounded so great at home.

The EDM-1 H.E Acoustic Pre-Amp solves these problems by taking the signal from the instruments’ pickup and giving you complete control over the bass, mid and treble, helping to add richness while achieving a beautifully clean sound. The new ‘Harmonic Enhancer’ circuit generates a high end even harmonic sparkle & zing related tones lost from your guitar from magnetic and piezo pickups and many microphones, to define string separation and cut through the mix.

EDM-1 H.E offers a huge range of gain to Interface signals weak or strong with mixers and other devices, highly effective Interactive EQ and other versatile facilities to get the best possible sound from acoustic stringed instruments with low noise from an exceptionally compact unit.

A host of useful functions are included to suit any stage situation. Anti-feedback and ground lift ensure an unadulterated tone. Phase switch, bass range and 3 band EQ allow for tailoring the best tone from the stage. Can deliver phantom power in two voltage options, and FX loop adds further flexibility to integrate effect pedals.
