Included with your purchase of a Gliga instrument is a 2 Year limited warranty, valid from date of retail sale, through an approved Australian Gliga Dealer. The 2
Year limited warranty is only valid for instruments imported by the official Australian distributer, F. Payton & Son. Retain your sales receipt, it is required as proof
of purchase. The retail store should be your first point of contact.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure
and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be
of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

In addition to your statutory rights in respect to this product, Tymhour Pty Ltd ABN 16002 897 207 (trading as F. Payton & Son) offers a two (2) year limited
warranty against manufacturer faults and defects to the original retail consumer. The limited warranty covers this Gliga product against defects in materials
and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase from an authorized F. Payton & Son Gliga dealer provided that the unit is used as it’s
intended. During this period, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the unit in the unlikely event a breakdown or product failure. Retain your sales receipt as
it will be required as your proof of purchase.

Claiming Under Warranty

To claim this under warranty, please return the unit to the authorised Gliga dealer that supplied you, as the original consumer, within the period of this warranty.
You will need to provide your sales receipt as proof of original purchase. F Payton & Son will at its discretion either (a) repair the unit, (b) replace the unit, (c)
replace the unit with an equivalent product or, (d) arrange for a refund via the appropriate dealer. All return freight costs related to the unit being claimed under
this limited warranty will be borne by the consumer.

This warranty, offered to the original consumer purchaser, does not cover; normal wear and tear on any part of the product including bridges, pegs wear,
nut wear, tailpiece wear, fingerboard wear, strings or bow hair; setups, adjustments or routine maintenance of any kind; failings and/or deterioration due to
accidents, neglect, abuse or misuse; any failings or damage caused by unauthorised replacement or interference with instrument and/or its parts; any repair or
service performed by anyone not authorised by F. Payton & Son; wear of varnish or finish; any product that does not have an official Australian Gliga label with
serial number identified as an F. Payton & Son imported and distributed product; any product that has been modified or worked on without written approval from
F. Payton & Son; damage to finish, splitting or warping of wood due to excessive changes in temperature or humidity, exposure to or contact with heat, direct
sunlight, fire, moisture or synthetic materials such as those that may appear on violin/viola/cello/double bass stands, hangers or cases; any hire products; the
transportation, insurance or freight charges associated with claiming under this warranty.

Your first point of contact should be the authorised dealer from whom you originally purchased this unit.

No items should be returned to F. Payton & Son unless by prior arrangement and/or a Return Authority Number has been issued. This limited warranty is given by
F. Payton & Son located at 37-39 Whiting St, Artarmon, NSW 2064 Australia.
