All claims should be made at the point of purchase and should be accompanied by the original sales receipt along with any other proof of purchase. Return freight and insurance costs are the responsibility of the consumer. The benefits conferred by this warranty are in addition to all other statutory rights in respect of that product which the consumer may have under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cwlth) and/or other applicable laws.
